Joy Coaching is for everyone who is ready to embark upon a journey of self-discovery and personal growth and development to achieve tangible life goals that result in inner peace, balance and satisfaction. We will help you determine which principles on which to focus to help you achieve your overall goals.
Joy Coaching is NOT for processing active mental health crises. Debilitating mental health issues must be processed in psychotherapy, and we can recommend some great therapists for those in need.
What Happens in a Joy Coaching Session?
Focusing on the 12 Principles of Joy, your Joy Coach will guide you through exercises and activities that increase your Joy Power. You will be given "homework" that is geared toward sustaining personal satisfaction across all facets of your life.
